drupal7 software package provides fully-featured content management framework, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install drupal7
drupal7 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the drupal7 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep drupal7 *
You will get with drupal7 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
